On June 11, David Liu, the general manager of Shenyang Longgreen Science & Technology Co., Ltd., took part in the 2026 Liaoning China-Russia Cross-Border E-Commerce Incubation Promotion Meeting in Shenyang Digital Economic Industrial Park.
This event brought together more than 600 people, including local factory owners, online sellers, logistics teams and government staff. Everyone gathered to talk about real and practical business cooperation for trading Chinese goods to Russia.

The local government released new friendly policies for Liaoning companies that sell products to Russia. Businesses can get financial subsidies, support for building overseas warehouses, faster customs clearance and better tax deals. These benefits will directly help us cut export costs and do business in Russia more easily.
2. Faster entry to Russia’s top online shopping platforms
The two biggest Russian e-commerce platforms, Wildberries and Ozon, opened a fast entry channel for Liaoning companies. We can sign up faster, get priority reviews, enjoy lower service fees and gain more platform traffic. This lets us start our online sales in Russia much sooner.
3. More reliable logistics and local services in Russia
Local Russian logistics and e-commerce teams shared their full supply chain services, including China-Europe railway shipping, overseas storage, customs handling and local after-sales support. This solves our main worries about shipping safety, long delivery times and cross-border compliance for our chemical products.
4. More business connections with industry partners
A new China-Russia e-commerce association branch was set up at the meeting, and many local companies signed new cooperation deals. Our team talked deeply with platform operators and logistics providers, and aligned our product sales and shipping plans for the Russian market.
