This photo captures the on-site technical training session inside the core production workshop of LongGreen. The production department supervisor leads new team members to conduct face-to-face explanation and process teaching right beside the reaction synthesis production line.
Combining the process flow diagram and actual production equipment on site, the instructor systematically introduces equipment operation specifications, raw material feeding steps, formula mixing standards, parameter adjustment keys and finished product transfer procedures. The whole training is carried out against the real production environment, helping new staff quickly link theoretical specifications with on-site practical operations.
Core Training Content & System Basis
Our enterprise has obtained official ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification, and all links from R&D, procurement, production to delivery fully comply with standardized management rules of this system.
Production pre-job training is a mandatory core procedure included in the quality control system, covering the following key modules:
1.Systematic introduction to the company’s core product lines, including tire rubber release agent series, vulcanization isolating agent series, tire & rubber modifier series and other auxiliary chemical products, clarifying product application scenarios and core quality indicators;
2.Standard operation guidance for all production equipment, including feeding systems, reaction kettles, dispersion mixers and automatic packaging units, to avoid misoperation risks;
3.Interpretation of production process documents, batch record filling norms, material handover rules and on-site safety operation disciplines.
Only after passing theoretical assessment and on-site practical appraisal can new employees be officially assigned to independent posts to participate in formal production tasks.
