Introduction of Water-Based Blandder Coating:
Water-based blandder coating is a viscous liquid composed of active silicone polymer and emulsifier water-based emulsion. Water-based blandder coating is white in appearance and is a non-toxic, odorless, semi-permanent, solvent-free semi-steel radial tire release lubricant. Water-based blandder coating does not contain any flammable solvents and is designed for the tire industry and rubber product vulcanization process. After water-based blandder coating is applied to the liner or the inner side of the tire, it can form a high-gloss demoulding lubricating film, effectively extending the service life of the liner.

Tire Water-Based Liner Release Agent Usage Guide And Precautions:
Precautions: Please stir the tire water-based liner release agent briefly before use.
1. Before use water-based blandder coating, pre-treat the new liner with solvent and then apply twice. Apply with a sprayer, brush or cotton cloth, dry twice, and leave at room temperature for more than 12 hours to obtain the best film-forming effect.
2. Preheat the treated liner to >80°C and keep it for 15 minutes to form a glossy film.
3. Initially, spray once every 4 vulcanization cycles; in all-steel tire factories, spray once per shift after 100 cycles. After 150 sprays, spray again every 15-16 cycles.
4. No dilution is required for the first trial. Spray the capsule once every 4 vulcanization cycles. In general all-steel radial tire factories, spray once after 100 cycles, vulcanization cycles are about 8 times, and after 150 sprays, spray the capsule once every 15-16 cycles.
