1. Calendering process:
During the calendering process, Rubber extrusion efficiency improver can prevent the polymer from adhering to the roller surface, improve fluidity and dimensional stability, and is suitable for the production of high-precision rubber sheets, sheets and film products.
2. Technical molding:
For complex geometric molds, Rubber extrusion efficiency improver can significantly improve mold filling performance and enhance demolding effect, and is suitable for the production of technical molded products such as automotive parts, industrial seals, shock absorbers, etc.
3. Extrusion processing:

Use and Operation of Anti-sticky Mold Release Additive:
Anti-sticky mold release additive improves the flow properties of polymeric compounds by reducing viscosity and promoting slippage at the rubber-to-metal interface.This leads to higher extrusion rates, improved dimensional stability and a constant level of die swell. During injection moulding anti-sticky mold release additive improves mould flow. It prevents sticking to the metal surfaces and enhances demoulding without mould fouling. It is recommended to use LongGreen 16X when the mould has a complicated geometry. At the mixing stage LongGreen 16X prevents sticking to roll surfaces and the rotors of the internal mixer. Anti-sticky mold release additive has an activating effect on the cross-linking rate of sulphur cross- linked polymer compounds. In CR compounds anti-sticky mold release additive has a stabilizing effect. Processing safety is increased.Anti-sticky mold release additive can be added to the polymeric compound any time during the mixing cycle. In order to optimize the releasing effect, it is advisable to add stabilizing aids for vulcanized rubber just before the mixing cycle.
