Introduction of Rubber Processing Additives 0601:
Rubber processing additives is an innovative semi-permanent liner coating solution without the use of any flammable solvents. As a high molecular weight reactive silicone water-based dispersion, processing auxiliaries for synthetic rubbers is designed for coating the liner surface and can effectively promote demoulding lubrication of the liner and tire inner wall under optimal conditions. This advanced coating significantly improves the service life of the liner, prolongs service life and reduces downtime. In the tire industry, rubber processing promoters are used as bladders and tire inner tubes, as well as demoulding agents during the vulcanization process of rubber products.

Precautions of Processing Auxiliaries for Synthetic Rubbers 0601:
1. Before construction, it is recommended to pre-treat the new liner with xylene or petroleum solvent for best results, and then a double-coat application is recommended. Please stir the processing auxiliaries for synthetic rubbers before use.
2. During construction, the liner can be coated with a spray gun, brush or cotton cloth to ensure uniform coating coverage. The coating should be dried briefly and then finally cured for more than 12 hours at room temperature to achieve the best film-forming effect and performance.
3. After the treatment is completed, the bladder can be installed on the vulcanizer. The preheating stage exceeds 80°C for 15 minutes to prepare the bladder surface and form a high-gloss protective film layer.
Use of Rubber Processing Promoters:
In initial trials, no dilution is required and the bladder can be sprayed once after every 4 vulcanization cycles. In an all-steel radial tire production environment, approximately 100 curing cycles are typically completed per shift, with approximately 8 curing cycles per shift, so the bladders need to be re-sprayed after approximately 150 cycles. After that, a maintenance spray is recommended every 15-16 cycles to ensure continued protection and efficiency. The amount of rubber processing promoters used depends on the size of the bladder, please contact our technical support.
