In December 2023, David Liu, the General Manager of LongGreen Science& Technology Co., Ltd., went to Novosibirsk, Russia for an overseas work trip. He traveled with our company’s main cooperative partners and visited our important local tire-making clients there, to provide on-site technical help and solve various problems related to our core products including release agent, tire mold release agent, tire marking line and tire inside paint in their daily production.
This tire client is one of our key long-term partners in Russia, and we have worked together steadily for many years. As the client kept expanding their production capacity and updating their tire making procedures, they had more new demands for product quality checks, equipment use and production adjustments. To help them fix various technical problems in daily production, avoid possible production faults, keep their production lines running smoothly and make more qualified products, our company arranged this on-site visit and guidance.

During the trip, David Liu and our team checked the client’s tire production workshops carefully. We mainly inspected the actual application effect of our core products: release agent and professional tire mold release agent used for tire demolding, as well as tire marking line and tire inside paint applied in the finished tire processing procedure. We looked closely at how these products performed with their production devices and raw materials in real tire manufacturing. We talked in detail with the client’s production managers and technical workers, listened to all their feedback on our four major products and the technical problems they met during application, and gave them one-on-one guidance to solve their key production issues.
Besides, our team introduced our newest technical updates and optimized application methods for our release agent, tire mold release agent, tire marking line and tire inside paint. Based on the client’s actual production situation and product usage pain points, we gave them practical suggestions to adjust product usage methods and improve their work, helping them optimize the overall matching effect of our products in the production process. This on-site work successfully fixed the client’s product application and technical problems, made sure their production went on well, and also made our cooperation closer and more trustworthy.
