Powder Isolator Production & Bag Sealing Workshop

微信图片_20260709131526_4_16_副本.jpg

Facility & Environment

This is the dedicated production and sealing workshop for LongGreen’s powdery rubber isolating agent.
A full set of automated feeding, metering filling and bag sealing assembly line is installed on the left. The top cone-shaped feeding hopper connects to the upper mixing and reaction equipment to convey finished powder downwards automatically. The integrated packaging machine underneath finishes bagging, quantitative filling and heat sealing automatically, realizing continuous sealed packaging of products.
Finished goods after sealing are palletized and stacked on the right side only for temporary placement rather than long-term stockpiling or secondary repacking. The products are wrapped with plastic film to guard against dust, moisture and package damage during short-term storage and handover. Large windows on both sides guarantee natural lighting and ventilation, and wall-mounted heating radiators keep the indoor space dry, preventing the powdery isolating agent from caking due to dampness. The workshop reserves wide passages for equipment operation, product transfer and forklift turnover.

Core Functions

  1. 1.Automatic Feeding & Standard Sealing Packaging

Qualified powder isolating agent from the preceding working procedure is fed into the packaging machine through the upper hopper. The equipment completes precise weighing, bag filling and heat sealing automatically, realizing streamlined packaging with minimal manual participation.

  2. 2.Short-term Temporary Placement of Finished Products

Packaged finished products are moved to the pallet area for temporary staging only. This area is not used for stock storage or secondary packaging work. Once a certain batch of packaging tasks is completed, the finished products will be transferred to the specialized warehouse immediately.

  3. 3.Batch Sorting & Handover to Warehouse Department

Products are piled by production batches to facilitate counting and inspection. After confirming quantity and quality, the warehouse team arranges unified transfer to the formal warehouse for official warehousing, inventory registration and subsequent order delivery arrangement.

  4. 4.On-site Packaging Quality Inspection

Operators conduct spot checks on sealing tightness and filling weight right after packaging to eliminate leaking bags, underweight and other defective products at the source.

Technical Value & Advantages

The fully automatic packaging line greatly improves packaging efficiency and accuracy, cuts down manual operation errors and powder waste caused by dust dispersion.
Temporary staging instead of long-term stocking avoids excessive product accumulation in the production area and keeps the workshop production flow unobstructed. Separating packaging temporary placement and formal warehouse storage clarifies division of work between production and warehousing links, standardizes the whole production-to-warehousing workflow, and ensures orderly handover of every batch of powdery isolating agent products.
