This is the core production workshop of LongGreen Science&Technology Co., Ltd., specially built for the mass production of tire release agents, rubber isolating agents and other chemical auxiliary products.
The workshop adopts a layered production layout. The upper platform is equipped with sealed reaction kettles, feeding pipelines and centralized electric control cabinets, which realize sealed mixing, heating reaction and automatic feeding of raw materials to avoid material volatilization and cross-contamination. The ground area is arranged with multiple large-capacity stainless steel movable mixing tanks and high-speed dispersion mixers. All equipment is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, which adapts to the production characteristics of chemical formulations and ensures easy cleaning and repeated use.
The space is equipped with bright overhead lighting and large perimeter windows for natural ventilation and daylighting. The whole workshop follows standardized production zoning to separate raw material mixing, synthesis reaction, finished product blending and temporary storage areas, keeping the production flow clear and orderly.
Core Functions
1.Raw Material Dispersion & Mixing
Stainless steel tanks and high-speed dispersing equipment complete the preliminary stirring, dispersion and blending of various raw materials and additives according to the confirmed formula provided by the laboratory.
2.Sealed Synthesis & Reaction
The elevated reaction kettle unit carries out constant-temperature synthesis, chemical reaction and aging treatment of the mixed materials under closed conditions to stabilize the product molecular structure and core performance indicators.
3.Finished Product Preparation & Temporary Storage
The reacted semi-finished products are transferred to ground large tanks for final formula adjustment, stirring homogenization and standing inspection, before being delivered to the warehousing department for filling, packaging and warehousing.
4.Batch Order Execution
According to the production plan issued by the Production Department, the workshop completes batch ordered production, strictly matches the technical parameters from the R&D laboratory, and ensures each batch of products is consistent with the sample standards confirmed by customers.
