They are mainly composed of microcrystalline wax with medium molecular weight distribution and selected paraffin wax. They are used to protect rubber products from the influence of ozone and weather factors. They have excellent ozone resistance and anti-aging properties. Operational advice: 

Physical aging inhibitors exist in the form of flakes, which are easy to weigh and mix. To ensure good dispersion, it is recommended to add them at the beginning of mixing and ensure that the mixing temperature exceeds their melting point.

Recommended dosage:

Tires: 1-4 phr (partial formulation);

Other rubber products: Depending on the type of rubber, the maximum dosage is 10 phr.
