Radial tire dynamic balancing lubricant is an environmentally friendly water-based product with a good water-soluble density of 1.0g/cm³ (20℃) and a pH value of -8.5. Radial tire dynamic balancing lubricant is easily soluble in water.Tire lubricant is transparent and uniform liquid, becomes colorless and transparent after drying, has no effect on the test results, and can be used in combination with other lubricants.
Usage and Operation f LongGreen 7203 Tire Lubricant:
During the uniformity and dynamic balancing test of radial tires, tire mounting lube can be evenly applied to the surface of the tire mouth to form a uniform film layer on the surface of the tire mouth, thereby improving the accuracy and speed of uniformity and dynamic balancing test. In actual operation, LongGreen 7203 tire mounting lube can be diluted with 1-2 times of water under the existing pressure and test conditions, and fully stirred to completely dissolve it in water to form a stable dispersion. The amount of tire mounting lube used should be evenly applied according to the actual situation on site to avoid flowing.

Tire mounting lube is specially used for tire dynamic balancing operations, especially radial tires (complex structure, high balance requirements).
