Introduction of Tire Inside Paint:
Tire inside paint is a water-based, filler-free tire liner white emulsion coating. Inside tire paints can make the liner blend well with the green tire and have very effective demolding properties after curing. Inside tire paints can provide the necessary slipperiness to ensure that the tire can be smoothly removed from the inner tube. This affects the appearance and performance. Since the active ingredients do not have a negative separation effect like ordinary silicone oils, it will not affect the liner joints. Even if inside tire paints are accidentally applied to the outside of the tire, they will not leave any stains or marks.
Tips of Using Tire Molding Aids:
Tire molding aids are sprayed on the inside of the tire blank in undiluted or diluted form using an air atomization spray system (recommended nozzle size: 0.5 - 1.0 mm). Tire molding aids hardly settle. However, it is recommended to gently stir the tire molding aids during processing.

Inside tire lubricants should be stored in a cool and dry place and placed in a sealed container. The shelf life of this product in the original sealed container at room temperature is 12 months. The production date is printed on the label of each container. Do not freeze.
