Processing aids for natural rubber is a rubber processing accelerator, which is white granules in appearance. It is mainly composed of a mixture of fatty acid esters, hydrocarbons and inactive fillers, with a density of about 1.20 g/cm³ (20℃). Processing aids for natural rubber can prevent rubber from adhering to equipment during mixing, optimize the processing of semi-finished products, and perform outstandingly in the extrusion and calendering of highly filled rubber. Processing aids for natural rubber undergo multiple tests before leaving the factory and meet quality and safety standards.
