Operation Method of Tire Curing Bladder Protective Agent:
1. Cleaning: Before using a new bladder, it needs to be thoroughly cleaned with xylene or petroleum solvent to ensure the best adhesion effect.
2. Coating: It is recommended to apply it twice, and apply the second coat after the first coat is completely dry.
3. Drying: The tire curing bladder protective agent coating is dried for at least 12 hours to form the best protective film.
4. Preheating: After installing it to the vulcanizer, preheat it at above 80℃ for 15 minutes.
5. Baking (optional): Manufacturers with baking equipment can use 180℃ baking for 1 hour to enhance the protective effect of tire curing bladder protective agent.

2. Storage conditions: Store in a sealed, cool and dry place, avoid freezing and high temperatures, away from open flames, and keep ventilation
