Introduction of Outside Tire Paint:
Outside tire paint is a black, low-viscosity suspension designed for spraying on the outside of green tires. Outside tire paint is a water-based emulsion containing fillers and surfactants without harmful ingredients. Outside tire paint provides strong rubber adhesion in the seam area to avoid separation at the seam. It has efficient air venting and rubber flow properties, which helps reduce tire defects. Outside tire paint is less prone to mold scaling and has a longer mold resistance time. Tyre outside paint has higher stability and customized dispersions will not separate or settle under proper storage conditions. Tyre outside paint is ready to use, and its low consumption and short drying time make it very economical. Since tyre outside paint dries to a light gray film, color codes and bare codes on tires are easy to read. Tyre outside paint is widely used in the tire industry.
Tire Outside Paint Operation Tips：
Tire outside release agents should be sprayed on the green tire surface using an air atomizer gun. It is recommended to mix briefly (or put down the roller and roll lightly) before first use. It is recommended to spray with a nozzle size of 0.8 ~1.5 mm stainless steel material, a material pressure of 1.5~3.5 bar, and an air atomization pressure of 2.5~6.0 bar. During longer production intervals, the spray gun should be cleaned with gasoline solvent or high-pressure water jet to prevent the dry tire outside release agents film from clogging the nozzle. Containers and product barrels should be covered and sealed to prevent water loss and maintain the stability of the suspension.
Precautions of Tire Outside Release Agents:
If tire outside release agents leak accidentally, open windows for ventilation immediately, maintain adequate air, and wear personal protective equipment. Tire outside release agents are not allowed to be discharged into surface water and domestic sewage systems, and should not penetrate deep into the soil. When tire outside release agents come into contact with contaminated clothes and shoes, they should be taken off immediately. If tire outside release agents are inhaled, move to fresh air immediately. When tyre outside paint comes into contact with the skin, wash it immediately with plenty of water and soap. When it comes into contact with the eyes, rinse it immediately with plenty of water, including the eyelids. If symptoms persist, please seek medical attention immediately. Keep the container of tyre outside paint tightly closed and store it in a dry, cool, and ventilated place. Avoid freezing, high temperature and direct sunlight. Tyre outside paint should be kept away from food, beverages and animal feed. Tyre outside paint will not decompose under normal storage and use.
