If you make rubber hoses, you know a good release agent is a must—it makes your work faster, keeps your products quality, and saves you money. Cheap release agents slow you down, damage hoses, and create waste, but LongGreen 7501 is different. It’s a silicone-free, professional release agent that works great for both putting unvulcanized hoses on cores and taking vulcanized ones off. It’s made for everyday use, with good lubrication, works with most rubbers, and is easy to clean up, so you can keep production moving and make great hoses.
Unlike generic release agents, LongGreen 7501 works consistently no matter what rubber you use. It fixes the common problems: hoses sticking to cores, mold damage, and endless cleaning. Whether you’re making small custom batches or mass-producing, this stuff is reliable.
LongGreen 7501 is a yellow sticky liquid—designed to be easy to apply and stick well to metal cores and rubber. Its thickness is perfect: it covers evenly without dripping, creating a consistent layer that prevents sticking and mistakes. Thinner, runny agents leave spotty coverage, but this one stays put and works right.
A big plus is it has no silicone. Most silicone release agents leave sticky residue that messes up gluing, painting, or coating, ruining products and costing you time and money. LongGreen 7501 has no organic silicon, so hoses stay clean after demolding, making cleanup way easier.
It works with almost all nonpolar and moderately polar rubbers used for hoses. It’s especially good with the most common ones—CR, EPDM, and CM rubbers, which are used for automotive, industrial, and construction hoses because they’re durable, heat-resistant, and flexible. It even works with tricky ECO rubber, used for fuel, oil, or chemical hoses. You won’t need multiple release agents—one bottle does it all, simplifying inventory and saving money.
The lubrication is great too. When putting unvulcanized hoses on cores, it reduces friction so you can slide them on easily without stretching or tearing, speeding up work and cutting down on defective hoses. After vulcanization, it creates a non-stick layer so you can take hoses off cores without struggling, reducing downtime and preventing damage. It also leaves hoses smooth and clean, which customers want.
Cleanup is easy thanks to the silicone-free formula. Any leftover agent washes off with plain water—no harsh chemicals or special tools needed. This saves time, is better for the environment, and is perfect for hoses that need to be super clean, like those for food, medical, or automotive use.
It also doesn’t damage metal cores, which are essential for making hoses. Many release agents corrode cores over time, making them wear out faster and need replacement—costly and slow. LongGreen 7501 is non-corrosive, keeping cores in good shape longer, saving you money on replacements, reducing downtime, and ensuring consistent hose dimensions.
Using it is simple—no special training or fancy equipment. Use it straight from the bottle for best results, or mix with water (max 1:2 ratio—don’t mix more, or it won’t work). Test different ratios: softer rubbers may need more water, stiffer ones work better undiluted.
How much you use depends on core size, rubber type/thickness, application method, and production volume. Start small and adjust: if hoses stick, use more or dilute less; if there’s too much residue, use less or dilute more. A small test run avoids waste, and our team can help if you need advice.
There are two easy application methods. Brushing: for small cores, custom hoses, or handwork, use a soft brush to apply a thin, even layer all over the core, including crevices. Immersion: for large cores or high-volume production, dip the core in the agent, let excess drip off to avoid waste—it’s fast and consistent.
Safety tips: post industrial hygiene warning signs where you store and use it. Operators should wear gloves and eye protection, work in a well-ventilated area, and avoid inhaling fumes. If it gets on skin or in eyes, rinse with water for 15 minutes; see a doctor if irritation persists. Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat, flames, and other chemicals.
