This is one of the production campuses belonging to LongGreen Science&Technology Co., Ltd.The factory integrates all essential functional areas with standardized zoning planning, including professional production workshops, comprehensive shared office area, independent General Manager’s Office, Finance Department, professional R&D laboratory, multi-functional meeting room, exclusive raw material warehouse and centralized finished goods warehouse.
Every functional area is laid out with streamlined working routes to connect office communication, formula research & testing, on-site production processing, material feeding, product packaging, inventory storage and order delivery. Fireproof, ventilation and moisture-proof supporting facilities are fully equipped across the whole site, complying with industrial safety and chemical auxiliary material production management standards, so this campus can realize a complete closed-loop independent operation covering R&D, administration, manufacturing and warehousing.
Core Production Scope
This factory undertakes the mass production of most core products of our company, covering a complete lineup of tire and rubber auxiliary chemicals:
1.Tire auxiliary products: Tire release agent, tire inner coating agent, tire outer coating agent, tire bladder coating agent, tire modifier, tire dynamic balance lubricant and white tire sidewall protector;
2.Rubber sheet isolating products: Powder rubber sheet release agent, liquid rubber sheet release agent, block rubber sheet release agent and granular pearl rubber sheet release agent;
3.Rubber chemical additives: Rubber accelerators and other customized auxiliary products developed according to client demands.
Relying on the on-site laboratory for formula development and performance testing, production workshops for batching and synthesis, automatic packaging procedures, plus standardized management of raw material and finished goods warehouses, the factory can complete the whole independent production procedure from raw material admission to finished product shipment.
