Anti-seepage treatment is applied to the workshop ground, production areas are fully enclosed; low-noise equipment and vibration reduction measures are adopted to keep noise within national industrial emission limits.
Raw materials and finished products are stored indoors without open-air stacking; production waste residues are collected and disposed by professional municipal sanitation departments to avoid random pollution.
Domestic wastewater is treated via septic tanks and discharged into the municipal sewage pipe network in accordance with local provincial sewage emission standards. Electric heating is adopted in winter to eliminate fuel pollution.
All pollutant discharge strictly complies with the specified national and Liaoning provincial standards for noise, sewage and solid waste. The factory abides by the "Three Simultaneities" rule, meaning environmental protection facilities are designed, constructed and put into operation together with the main production project.
The factory accepts regular supervision and inspection from environmental authorities all year round, and completes formal environmental acceptance procedures after project completion to obtain legal production qualification.
